Fixtures are the real magic behind some of the more impossible things we have cut on our regular 3-axis cnc machine. We can design fixtures to produce 600 furniture legs in a day, or design a fixture to mill and engrave a sphere. We have a high Z-clearance CNC that allows us to position parts however we want to get exactly the cut we need, for any type of need.

We are pros with vacuum hold down fixture design for large product runs, small and delicate objects, and high-precision multi-setup fixturing. We approach this as a metalshop would instead of the typical woodworker and have industry practices that some of the largest furniture manufacturers are not set up for.
